Order Confirmation

  • All orders are confirmed only after:

    • Site visit & measurements

    • Design, material, and color approval

    • Advance payment (if applicable)

  • Once confirmed, the order moves into processing or custom manufacturing.


Cancellation Policy

Before Order Confirmation

  • Orders can be canceled without penalty before final confirmation.

  • Cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email or WhatsApp.

After Order Confirmation

  • Custom-made products (curtains, blinds, wallpapers, upholstery, shutters) cannot be canceled

  • If manufacturing has started, cancellation will not be accepted

  • Installation bookings once scheduled cannot be canceled on the same day


Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Custom-manufactured curtains & blinds

  • Wallpapers cut as per measurements

  • Upholstery and flooring materials once opened

  • Installation & site visit charges

  • Advance payments for confirmed orders

Refundable Cases (If Applicable)

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The service was not delivered due to company fault

  • Incorrect product delivered (verified by our team)

  • Order canceled before manufacturing starts

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.


Payment Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

  • Bank processing time may vary depending on financial institutions

  • Cash refunds are not applicable unless stated otherwise


Product Variations Disclaimer

  • Minor color, texture, or shade variations may occur due to lighting, fabric type, or screen display

  • Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds


Installation & Service Issues

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of installation

  • Complaints after this period may not be eligible for resolution

  • We reserve the right to inspect and verify claims before approval


Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Material shortages

  • Government regulations

  • Supplier delays

No refunds will be issued in such cases.
